- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the website maxcoder.in or engaging Maxforce Services Private Limited (‘Maxcoder’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
- SERVICES
Maxcoder provides game development, application development, website development, payment gateway integration, game marketing, and related technology services. All services are subject to a signed scope of work agreement and advance payment as specified in individual proposals.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All work product — including code, game assets, designs, and deliverables — created by Maxcoder under a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment, as per the terms of the signed agreement. Maxcoder retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- PAYMENT TERMS
All projects require an advance payment as specified in the proposal before work commences. Remaining payments are milestone-based or as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in pause or termination of services. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise.
- REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation of a project mid-way will be subject to payment for work completed to date. Any specific refund clauses will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
Maxcoder agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information shared during the project. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of Maxcoder’s proprietary methodologies, tools, and pricing structures.
- REAL MONEY GAMING — DISCLAIMER
Maxcoder is a technology service provider. We do not operate, promote, or facilitate real money gambling. Any Real Money Gaming platform built by Maxcoder is the sole responsibility of the client to operate in compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Maxcoder bears no liability for the operation of any platform post-delivery.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maxcoder’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
