REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ADVANCE PAYMENT

    All projects at Maxcoder require an advance payment before work commences. The advance amount is specified in each individual proposal. The advance payment confirms your project slot and initiates resource allocation.

    • NON-REFUNDABLE ADVANCE

    Advance payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes strategy sessions, project planning, design wireframes, or any other initial phase of work that has been initiated by our team.

    • PROJECT CANCELLATION — BY CLIENT

    If a client cancels a project after commencement, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Maxcoder will provide a detailed work log and deliverables completed. The remaining balance (beyond advance) will be invoiced based on work completed. Completed and delivered modules are non-refundable.

    • PROJECT CANCELLATION — BY MAXCODER

    In the rare event that Maxcoder is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, we will refund the unused portion of any payments received, after deducting costs for work already completed. We will communicate this in writing with a full explanation.

    • MILESTONE-BASED PAYMENTS

    For milestone-based projects, each milestone payment is due upon completion and approval of that milestone. Approved milestones are non-refundable. If a client disputes a milestone within 7 days of delivery, Maxcoder will address the issue before the next milestone payment is due.

    • MAINTENANCE & AMC PLANS

    Monthly AMC and maintenance retainer fees are non-refundable for the current month once services have commenced. Cancellation of AMC plans requires 30 days’ written notice. No refund is provided for the notice period month.

    • DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

    Management fees for Meta Ads and Google Ads are non-refundable. Ad spend budgets deposited directly into ad accounts are governed by the respective platform’s (Meta/Google) refund policies and are outside of Maxcoder’s control.

    • DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    In case of a payment dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication within 14 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under Indian law.
